Okay, this programs sends information (possibly personal and computer info) to Google via the Analytics application. This app is a privacy concern, where is the Privacy Policy? It wants to download other applications made by the same company (TweakBit). It finds problems where there isn't and may even create further issues. It has a limited license of only 1 year.
I didn't bother to download and install TweakBit PCSpeedUp, because I generally don't use or recommend running optimization applications.

I have not - repeat NOT - found any better software than the famous Glary Utilities for those tasks.
By the ways, you can always open a small "execute" window and type

then hit Enter
then hit CTRL + A
then hit DEL
This will remove most of the useless tmp files.
At no cost, but efficient.
Glary Utilities is probably my favourite as well, particularly when it comes to cleaning the Registry. Most of the problems it find are genuine problems unlike a lot of these programs which, in my view, irresponsible. Another safe choice for novices is "Ccleaner" which is free.
It's much worse than what everybody is telling you.. read what I pulled from the following website.. based on Karl's snapshots, I wont be downloading or installing this software any time soon. Helper dll files are not always bad.. But I always try to limit the use of software that rely's on them. I don't comment often, however I do feel the need at times to help people be more aware of tech life. hope this helps.

#1, heute gibts hier PCSpeedUp, nicht PC Speed Up, das eine ist von AuslogicsPty Ltd./TweakBit Pty Ltd. (heute hier bei GOTD), das andere eine PUB von Optimal Software s.r.o. (gibts hier heute nicht).
Als Info kann man sowas posten, wenn die Angaben richtig sind aber so ein riesiger Fauxpas wie eine total verwechselte Firma und Software sollte nicht passieren und da muss ich leider mit dem Kopf schütteln, da hast du ganz schlecht recherchiert.

Da gebe ich dir ausnahmsweise mal vollkimmen Recht, hier bin ich auch der Meinung das solches nicht sein muß. Gute Tools haben es nicht nötig mit Jahreslizenzen zu werben. Ausserdem gibt es genug Freeware für solche Aufgaben im Netz. Wer sowas überhaupt braucht, sollte sich bei einschlägigen Computerzeitschriften mal umsehen.

Mein Rechner bleibt sauber, weil ich auf solche Downloads verzichte. Zeit und Ärger heute wieder gespart.

die 30 Tage bei Shareware haben sich offensichtlich nun in Einjahreslizenzen abgewandelt...nicht nur hier so, es sind also KEINE Vollversion.

Schade dass Kunden, egal ob gratis oder kauf so geneppt werden. allgemeinen Daumen runter für ALLE Einjahreslizenzprogramme die hier angeboten werden....vor allem für die Programme, die dann eigene daten nicht mehr zugänglich machen wenn man nicht bezahlt.
Beim heutigen ist de Sinn oftmals auch schon angezweifelt worden.

Diese Tuningstools tunen nur eines: Die Portemonnaies der Hersteller. Es besteht sogar die Gefahr, dass Windows "zerschossen" wird. Wer wirklich sein System tunen will, sollte sich eine SSD anschaffen! Und Windows hat eigentlich alles an Board zum "reinigen".
