Installed OK, ran the program and it froze the first time I used it. Uninstalled;.
Don't bother. Couldn't find all my files. I know I definitely had duplicates by examining the folder structure. It did find 13 "Not in iTunes". It wouldn't list the artist or album so I could confirm or search for them until I actually hit "Fix All". Then, it comes up and says "You only get to clean 10 songs". I had gone through the activation process. Not worth the efforts, even if you purchased the full copy. Deleting from my system even though I so wanted this to work and would have probably purchased a full price copy. I wonder if
"The program is available for $39.00,
but it will be free for our visitors
as a time-limited offer."
Without saying the "free version" is not the same as you would get for $39 is considered fraud?
after downloading this when I click to run it I just get software informer and message saying activated but it's not installed ?
Christian Tucker, (that's me!) I downloaded the install from the publishers website. It installed nicely and registered successfully using the email code. And then did nothing. Revo took care of the uninstall and I'm here to mark thumbs down on the user rating.
i have 1300 more songs trying to import its stopped working, windows 8.1 64 bit
Wouldn't install from the Giveaway download, just said activated but did nothing. Downloaded it directly from Solutery website and it installed. The program froze while importing music and the links for help went to a different product. Uninstalled.

Installation und Registrierung ware okay.
ABER das Programm hängt sich nach dem Einlesen der iTunes-Datenbank auf.
Habe es schon ca. 20 mal versucht, VERGEBENS!!!
Also sofort deinstalliert, bevor es meinen Laptop zerschießt.
