I wrote up a review last week on April 9th when Reezaa's was given out. For anyone that missed it:
The Good
* Simple and straightforward.
* Can rip audio from AVI, WMV, MOV, 3GP, MP4, FLV, RM, RMVB, VOB, DAT, MPEG, WAV, WMA, ASF, and RA formats.
* Supports batch processing.
* Can output as MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AC3, AAC, AMR, and MPG sound files.
* You can change kbps, hz, and audio channel of output file.
* You can crop/trim the audio file.
* Supports drag + drop.
The Bad
* Trying to rip the audio from a video file into an MPG output does not work properly.
* By default it is set to install directly into the root directory (C:/) instead of under Program Files.
* When cropping/trimming you don't get to preview the sound while you trim/crop; you must do it via timings.
* No "Shutdown after converting is done" feature.
* You can't choose your output file name.
* If files are of the same name/type in the output folder, the earlier file will get overwritten without prompt.
* Does not support OGG inputs.

Glad I got this tonight. I did not get it last time because I was told it did not convert FLAC to MP3 but I got it now, tried it and converted so fast it was AWESOME! I thought it froze and it does seem so but it is converting. THANKS GOTD!
Installed, Registered correctly.
Worked on three test files (1 .avi, 1 .wma, 1.mp3) to wma and mp3.
I'm happy with this.
For those who miss today's GOTD or want to use free software, WinFF is small, simple, totally free and open source, and just plain works. It's no-BS software. If this is the same converter as last week, then it's just a front-end for ffmpeg, as is WinFF, and they have the same capabilities.
WinFF also does not suffer from the maladies listed by the SoftPedia review.

Wenn eine Software "A" Teile einer anderen Software "B" enthält, die unter GNU lizenzfrei verwendet werden darf, ist es illegal, für diese Software "A" mehr zu verlangen als eine Aufwandsentschädigung für das Kopieren und den Vertrieb.

*.mod, *.txt, *.xm, *.med usw. kannst Du z.B. mit WinAmp in das MP3-Format umwandeln.
Zum Programm: Der Autor verwendet die Freeware FFMPEG und hat bis auf die GUI, welche mit Visual Basic erstellt wurde, nichts selbst gemacht. Finde ich eine Frechheit dann noch Geld für das Programm zu verlangen!

ist nicht ganz billig, unterstützt aber laut Hersteller 260 Formate unter denen auch einiger der von dir gewünschten sind. Schau doch mal auf der Seite www.fmjsoft.com vorbei und lad dir die Demo herunter.

Berichtigung
Man bekommt mit dera hiesigen S/N eine vormalige Installation NICHT freigeschaltet, obwohl das zunächst immer so angezeigt wird !
Die heutige Version MUSS auf jeden Fall vorher über die alte drüberinstalliert werden. Das geht ohne Probleme.
Am Ende muß in der Titelzeile stehen:
MP3 Converter "Ver 4.6.0" (da, wo vorher "(unregistriert)" stand. Unter "Hilfe" oder "About(A)" findet man keine Hinweise auf eine Registrierung.

Danke für die Aufklärung.
Wo ein Programm (Installation vom 09.04.) mich nicht immer wieder erinnert, daß es nicht registriert sei oder nur soundso viele Tage funktionieren wolle, bin ich damit - wie mit diesem - auch ohne S/N ganz glücklich.
Die Herstellerfirma offenbar schon weniger, wie sich erkennen läßt, indem sie es jetzt so eilig 'nachgebessert' haben, denn das waren dann ja wohl Perlen vor die User geschmissen ... ;)

Ausnahmsweise mal ganz praktisch, da man so ziemlich alles konvertieren kann. FÜr CDs zieh ich trotzdem Exact Audio Copy vor.

mp3 converter, schon gut sowas, nur könnte mir jemand helfen bzw. paar infos geben wo man einen convrter der die formate wie *.mod, *.txt, *.xm, *.med usw. in mp3 oder so umwandeln kann
da ich solch formate von damaliger zeit habe

Lt. Installer ist es die gleiche Version wie schon vor nicht mal einer Woche - dennoch unterscheidet sie sich in der Größe.
