Installed and registered without problems on a Windows system. A clean install. The copyright is from 2007 to 2012.
The .exe is from June 2012.

Today's software includes the FAT file system. The claim "The Most Affordable Data Recovery Tool" is correct today. It' free.
The so called "news" are a joke, 4 entries from 2009 and one entry, the latest, from 2013.

!ATTENTION! - yesterday's EaseUs software is buggy. It loops endless on directories with more than 2500 sub directories.
Oops, I forgot: of course it is a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system, aka Win 8.1 Update 3, aka Win 8.1 November 2014 Update. Here is the rollout info about the third update for Win 8.1:

And a reply to a yesterday's question about my firewall.
I use Privatefirewall 7.0 - a firewall with a very good HIPS protection. For me simply the best. And yes, I have had nearly every firewall - long time the paid Outpost, i paid annual fees. Horrible!. On a newer Windows system - the build in firewall is perfect! No need for an additional firewall, but for a "handling" tool.
Great sense of humour & great knowledge too - you sound like me about 30 years ago - don't ever grow old - Thank you Karl - each day I look to see what you might have an opinion on (and may I say - I don't always agree - but I always listen) & then NOT ONLY find out about today's offering - but other things I may use or pass along to others in my circle of acquaintances. Thank you & keep up the great work - the software where it's from, is the company reputable or is it just a startup that really needs a push, ALL of this is useful, and meaningful information. I was (I'm proud of this) one of the first beta testers of hundreds of programs (Lotus, Framework, etc oh ya they don't exist anymore) but the biggest of all were all of the versions of DOS & anything else Microsoft I could get my hands on first then transfer that knowledge to the college professors that needed it & students if they wanted to learn, my clients & customers when needed (I have been everything from an IT dept to an Instructor, author, publisher, owner/manager of many different occupations - musician, accountant, real estate, federal employee data-collection & correlation, wrote self-improving manuals for a number of different projects - safety, programs, where to hit the "ANY KEY" button (I have humour too lol) Last occupation before Cancer/Diabetes took hold of me was as a PostMaster in our town & it gave me great pleasure to introduce computer systems to the smaller post offices in our areas & become the help desk for the first few weeks until their "real" help desk could take over. Now I've talked your ear off - but suffice to say - every morning I look forward to your comments. IMHO & HAGD

I don't know much about this file recovery program . And I won't try today's Gotd App as a bunch of freeware file recovery programs successfully serving the purpose .
( 1 ) Restoration is a very little but efficient file recovery tool.
(2) Undelete 360 ( I mostly use this one )
(3) Recuva -Portable - A popular Program from well known developer Piriform.
WinUtilities Free Undelete - It has the explorer based GUI. A handy tool , in certain cases I find it more powerful than Undelete 360 and Recuva. Moreover It can help you to retrieve locked folder in case you lost the password.

(7)PC INSPECTOR File Recovery
Just To prevent the deleted files to be overwritten, you should avoid any use of the disk where the file was deleted, until after the deleted file is recovered.
And Try to keep your hard disk in good shape by defragmenting it in periodically. This will increase the chanches of file recovery.

Für unseren Test haben wir 6000 Fotos auf die Festplatte geladen um sie
wieder zu löschen. Das Tool Recovery Mechanic 5.1, konnte lediglich 3 Fotos wieder herstellen. Für die heutigen Ansprüche, eine absolute Spitzenleistung !

Demo funktioniert mit den Registrierungsdaten aus der Readme.txt.
Programm gehört zu den besseren Recovery Tools.
Was nie vorhanden war kann es allerdings auch nicht retten.
(z.B. Verstand der Kommentatoren No. 1,2,4,5,7,8...)

Eigentlich schade, dass das Niveau der Abgaben von GAOTD ständig sinkt. Immer die gleichen Firmen, immer gleiche tools, immer Versionen, die entweder Light, Beta oder antiquarisch sind, ohne deutsche Oberfläche, von firmen die die Welt nicht kennt und die man gar nicht kennen lernen möchte. Macht nur weiter so - irgend wer jubelt immer. Ciao.

Bisher hat alles gut geklappt. Daten auf einem Stick gefunden, die bisher kein anderes Tool gefunden hat.
Die Kommentare der: "Ich hab das doch schon, ich will möglichst neu und nur, was ich brauche und das in deutsch usw. " müssen doch NICHT auf diese Seite schauen. Für umsonst und bisher mit KEINERLEI Schwierigkeiten bei der Installation finde ich die Seite gut. Habe ich ein Programm schon oder benötige ich das aktuelle Angebot nicht, verlasse ich die Seite.
Immer wieder jaulen, dass es das schon ..., das ist doch nur das erste Mal lustig.
