Installed on Win 7 Pro: Installation went as it should. License retrieval went as it should. Activation via internet went as it should.
Selected folder of HEIC images and converted to JPG, all images converted and display as originals.

The installation went smoothly on my Win 10 machine, but the results are not good. I'm trying to convert 60 JPGs to a single PDF. I've tried multiple settings and each time one photo gets converted and the rest fail. (The output is in the program's default Temp folder, not in the subdirector of the source files.) I've submitted a trouble ticket to the vendor.
