Cannot get full download. Turned off Firewall and Bit Defender. It askes form customer ID, but the registration form gives license key but wil not allow me to register. Keeps asking for customer ID whicn I do not have and can't set up.

Darrell Brautigam, the registration form that the gives license key asks for your email address. You will receive an email with your customer ID at that address. After you enter your customer ID in the window that popped up after you started installation you will be able to download the full version and complete installation. After starting the program for the first time, you'll be asked to enter your customer ID once to unlock it. Worked for me w/o problems with any software from this company, including right now.
