Installed and registrated without problems on a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system.
A Norwegian? company without name and address. Dear company, you are simply violating Norwegian and European law. You know?
"EA Collector Software, founded in 2008 with headquarters in Oslo, Norway, is an ISV aiming at developing and distributing quality software for the international consumer market. In particular, we are interested in offering well-designed and cost effective film software for the film collector."
The history shows, that the software is on the market since 2008.
The "most appreciated feature" of this program:
"Lottery: And when you cannot make up your mind as for which of your movies to watch, just play a Film Lottery and the system will randomly pick up a movie from your library. This is probably the feature our users appreciate the most.". hmmmm....
After start of a crowded window you have to register and login on their server. You can change some skin, the language from English to Catalan or Norwege. You can enter your film data manually, contact their servers for further information, label, covers.
This works in a short test as it claims. Remember that a you allow an unknown company to grasp all information of your videos. The included borrow system can be useful, if you lend real dvd's to family and friends.
Uninstalled via reboot. Don't need this one.
The law looks more like it is designed to get money out of people than to protect the consumer, but maybe smaller companies will get out of the EU because of the following legislation.

Finally figured out how to register.
Tested.
Result: Very Good.
Neutral: The On loan, Not on Loan, Uploaded Films, Not yet Uploaded Films are not applicable to me. Others may find a use for them.
Likes: The user interface of Seen and Not Seen.
Click on New and then click on YouTube radio button.
If you have the URL of an Internet video, you can copy and paste in the specific URL.
Click on [Search]
It will them home in on that one YouTube Video. Click on [Add to MFK] to include this in your database. [Note: It does NOT download the video.]
Once in your database, you can click on the YouTube button to view it online.
Or else you can type in a general description e.g. Bangkok street food
Click on [Search]
It will provide a list of all the YouTube videos that fit that description.
You can select accordingly what you like.
In this way you can build up a big list of the preferred YouTube videos you want to watch or have seen online. And categorise them.
The database is designed to be visual in nature. A thumbnail of the video is added.
For movies you can do a search e.g. Goldfinger and the software will download the details of that movie and some details.
Negatives + Dislikes:
I think this cannot "search" the movies that you already have in your own hard disk. So you have to input the data manually.
[Big Shock] --- This software cannot find the movie title The Sound of Music. Go ahead, try it yourself. What you get is a "No data to display".
Add one more comment:
This software accepts Unicode characters which is great for foreign language movies. You can edit the Title to include the movie name in foreign language.
However the success of the search on the internet seems to rely on English language only. Although you can input Unicode movie name, the search turns up blank. But when you type in the English name of the foreign language film, the search is successful in finding the relevant movie.
Installation and registration was easy on Windows 7.1 x64.
I added one movie, Spiderman 3, and after one minute of waiting I finally received minimal database movie information from there server. Norway is far from USA.
The "Trailer" button is for UK version of the movie but I own USA version of the movie, and it does not open my default web-browser but native Internet Explorer when watching the trailer.

Based on the minimal movie information and incorrect movie trailer, this program was uninstalled, it's not for me.
However, if you like YouTube movies, a database feature I did not test, maybe "My Film Kiosk 2.5" fulfills your need.
This GOTD includes minor updates but no upgrade from within the software. That is excellent since YouTube changes there API from time to time.
Instead, I will keep using my favorite freeware program Eric's Movie Database (EMDB) which provides more movie information and correct regional trailer provided directly from IMDB information. It took a few seconds to get database info and no registration is required.

da habt ihr wohl was falsch verstanden:
"Upload 10 film covers and get a free licence" bedeutet 10 Filmcover sowie die Filminformationen (Laufzeit, Beschreibung, Sprache, Schauspieler, Regisseur usw. - also die Informationen die auf einer gewöhnlichen DVD, Blu-Ray und deren Covern befinden) und keine Filme an sich!
Ihr sorgt also dafür, dass ihr deren Datenbank aktualisiert. Das kann für andere und für euch selbst ein großen Vorteil beim Eintragen sein. Andere haben vielleicht einen Film eingetragen den manche sich später erst besorgt haben und denn dann erfassen will. Er oder Sie braucht die Filminformationen nicht mehr manuell einzutragen sondern kann dies automatisch erfassen lassen. Genauso dass ihr einen Film einträgt und dafür sorgt dass andere, den Film ebenfalls nicht mehr manuell eintragen muss..

Wer Filme in "YouTube-Qualität" ansieht/speichert muss ja ein armes Würstchen sein... Fazit: Wozu also dazu eine Datenbank? Um dieser Schnüffel-SW mitzuteilen, welche Filme ich besitze?!? Nein, danke - braucht ja keiner zu wissen, was ich auf meiner Festplatte so habe...
Der Hammer ist der Besuch der Webseite: "Upload 10 film covers and get a free licence" - und ein paar Tage später kommt dann die Abmahnung wegen Urheberrechtsverletzung, oder so? Was soll man von einer Firma, welche zu kriminellen Aktionen auffordert, halten? Ist das nicht verboten?!? Na jeder muss das halt selbst für sich entscheiden.
Für mich total unseriös, also: Bitte verpisst Euch!

Sprache Englisch, Spanisch, Norwegisch - Filmdatenbank ähnlich. Deren Datenbank enthält wenige Filme, nur relativ altes Material (siehe Screenshots - das sagt eigentlich alles). Im Endeffekt muss man dann die eigenen Filme doch komplett selber erfassen. Vorteil davon (wenigstens wenn man der Website des Herstellers glauben darf): Wer sich die 30 Tage Trial runter lädt und dann 10 selbst erfasste Filme hoch lädt bekommt eine kostenlose Lizenz.

Sieht nach problemlosem Download und Installation nicht schlecht aus.
Leider in den Spracheinstellungen nur Englisch, Norwegisch und Spanisch.
Außerdem etwas komplizierte "Registrierung" :-((
