... is a comment from a reader regarding an annoyance if the program is uninstalled and an alleged response from the developer. Can anybody who has experienced the same thing or the developer respond here?
This program will not work without Itunes drivers, If you don't want itunes on your device you can just load the CopyTrans Itunes driver pack.
Installed and claimed to be registered but when it phoned home, it said it was unregistered. I had to manually activate it but no problems doing so using the doc supplied in the readme.txt.
Start up and it won't find an iPad. Tried an iPhone and it detected it. $50 and it only works with iPhones? Bad deal. Very bad deal.
OK, it said that iPhone had 7.65 GB of 'misc' data or stuff I want cleaned off but after analysis, it only identified 200 MB or a tiny fraction of the 7.65 GB. Where was the rest?
Button to start quick cleaner grayed out. Program seems utterly nonfunctional to me and bizarre in ID'ing almost 8 GB of data I want cleaned but only finding detail on 200 MB.
A complete waste of time. Glad I didn't spring for the $50 purchase.

Expecting a new fix will be done to remove properly today GOTD software
It downloaded it to my Windows 7 system pc to use on my Ipad4. Installed and registered ok. Ran it and it said 3.50gb to clean so i went ahead and did the clean up but it ran for ages and when finished it still said 3.50gb to clean up. I ran it again and same result. Decided no good and uninstalled it. Then i tried to use one of my games on the Ipad and it had deleted my game progress (and i was up to Level 41 LOL - the Simpsons Tapped Out.. luv it! LOL). I had to download the whole thing, over 800mb update LOL to use the game again. *phew LOL What a bummer. No good this one, leave it alone.

Das Programm geht bei der Reinigung ausgesprochen gründlich vor und nimmt sich dafür gehörig Zeit. Nachdem ich mir währenddessen eine Kaffepause gegönnt hatte, war ich beim Wiederkommen zuerst baff, mein iPhone war weg. Zum Glück habe ich es dann doch noch gefunden indem ich einfach das Kabel verfolgte. Im Mistkübel neben meinem Schreibtisch.

Hat viele Funktionen des "iexplorer", und der kostet immerhin $34,95.
Heruntergeladene Videos oder Audiodateien lassen sich bequem zum PC exportieren; ebenso können apps - ähnlich wie bei "SynciOS" - gesichert werden.
Mit der Reinigung ist das allerdings so eine Sache. Das Tool macht da wohl nicht viel mehr als die kürzlich kostenlos angebotene app "Kruptos". Der vermeintlich gewonnene Speicherplatz wird in der Regel bald wieder aufgefüllt.
Doch da wirklich nützliche Funktionen überwiegen: Vielen Dank!

iGeräte wird es bei uns nie geben. Und ein Reinigungsmittel für $50, samt der Schadsoftbeigabe ist weder biologisch abbaubar noch ökonomisch zu vertreten. Na dann auf eine neue Woche und viel Glück!

Mein iGerät wird jeden Samstag mit einem Staubtuch gereinigt und poliert, da brauche ich kein anderes tool für, schon gar nicht aus der Welt der Utopie für $50. Frau dankt!
