Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.
A US company from Nevada with address&fax and a picture of a nice looking lady. The awards really exist. tested on two of them.
Wow, a GOLD! burn. The program is from December 2011 and digitally signed from a Chinese company : Tsingsoft Imagination Information Technology Co., Ltd ... making use of leftovers? No further company info in the I-Net.
The license agreement in the installation procedure is invalid - the "contract partner" is a not specified FAE limited trading...
Upon start a non resizable window opens, you have the choice to burn data, video or audio files and there is a tools button for erasing rewritable disks or handling .ISO.
This is quite simple - seems to work. I did not test every task, only writing data to a disk, which every program can handle (or should).
A simple tool, not needed by the one, who has already a burning program. Uninstalled via reboot.
I would not use even the platinum version of this gold tool.

An addendum to the yesterday's software - -A little math to the password brute force cracking, questions about speed and how much kernels are used.
A computer, which can test 1 billion passwords per second, tests (60x60x24x365x1,000,000,000) 3,15
16 passwords per year. Wow!, what a number! If you bundle 1 million of these supercomputers (think of the energy costs!) you crack 3,15 22 passwords per year…
If you create a password from letters and numbers (a..z,A..Z,0..9) with a password length of 15 characters, you have a password with 2,82 26 possibilities. To crack these with the above mentioned supercomputerbundle, you’ll need roundabout 9 billion years. Longer passwords are only of hypothetical use…
So don’t worry about used kernel, processor speed or other minor details. A longer password CANNOT be cracked by brute force, not now and not in the next future by nobody.

This is only done by the installer, you load from their webpage. The GOATD installer is free of this "additions". It is safe!

Your advice about passwords being so difficult to crack is VERY out of date. There are many articles on how easy it is now, like Bruce Schneier's.

Use of rainbow tables, graphics cards processors and dictionaries that already contain words where letters have been substituted with numbers and characters AND contain all the different passwords from the databases of passwords that have been stolen in the past, make it MUCH easier than the numbers you give for brute force attacks.
Sorry, but the numbers you quote are wrong and misleading. It is more important than ever for people to pick unique passphrases. Read Bruce's writings, he is probably the world's leading expert on security and you will understand that math like you wrote are nothing like modern hackers do anymore.

Auf so Klugscheißer Auslassungen mit einem haufen blödsinn über Rohlinge und die 30 Euro, die man heute gar nicht bezahlen muß - da muß ich schon sagen, daß solange Leute wie Du hier auf Giveaway sind, wird der Schwachsinn nie ein Ende haben!!
Diejenigen, die ständig über eine fehlende deutsche Oberfläche meckern - Fremdsprachen (oder wenigstens eine Fremdsprache; und ich meine damit nicht Bier in 12 Sprachen bestellen zu können) ist eine Schlüsselqualifikation. Wenn Ihr Vollpfosten nicht über diese Schlüsselqualifikation verfügt, so frage ich mich, wie ihr überhaupt Technik bedienen könnt.

Enstöpseln und spielen ???? statt "plug'n play"?
Wer beschreibt hier mit deutschen Begriffen??? Wohl nur diejenigen die aus dem Kühlschrank wie ihr kommt!!

@gewürzgurke,auch bei mir steht dauernd failed to launch the programm!seit einer gewissen zeit kann ich keine software von gotd runterladen.entweder steht failed...oder veraltete version. komisch,bei giveway glarysoft habe ich nie probleme.

was ist hier in den Kommentaren mit "schadstofffrei" gemeint ? Sind die Versionen, die hier kostenlos angeboten werden mit Viren oder Spionagefunktionen "versucht" ?
Norton Antivirus hat bei keinem der bisher installierten Programme etwas bemängelt.

Einfach die 2,7 MB Original-Datei, schadsoftfrei downloaden und mit dem Namen frei schalten. Keine multilinguale Oberfläche, möchte jede Menge Zusatz-Tools mit installieren. Für diese Abgabe gibt es jedoch haufenweise brauchbare Alternativen, auch in deutscher Sprache. Wer es braucht...

Wer braucht heutzutage noch ein Brennprogramm? Hat doch eh´ jeder mindestens eines und Discs sind sowieso ziemlich unnötig geworden.
Zum Datenspeichern nimmt man eine externe HDD bei den momentanen Preisen (alleine schon der Zeitaufwand ist doch beim Brennen nervig).
Zum Daten "transportieren" ´nen Stick oder ´ne Card.
Filme oder Musik laufen über einen Mediaplayer bzw. werden gestreamt.
Also Disc´s, wozu? Das kostet Geld für´Laufwerk, Rohlinge ev. Hüllen (die meist teurer als die Rohlinge sind) und dann normal noch 30 Eier für dieses Programm - das rechnet sich nie!
Vom eventuellen Ärger mit Brennabbrüchen/defekten Rohlingen will ich gar nicht erst anfangen...
