Well, i'm not sure about this program. After 5 runs of the cleaner, it continues to show "95 unsolved problems" repeating. Also states corrected 67 registry errors , but on re-scan they keep showing up. Not a keeper for me.
TOMMO, These type of "cleaners" will find keep on "cleaning" until you cannot boot up.
Same for me as stated. Does not do a good job. I'm using Ccleaner and it does a great job for what I need. Thanks anyways GAOTD.
After one year, do I get all my deleted files back? All sarcasm aside, I believe I'll pass - as I do on all rentware offerings by GOTD.
Almost any program installs and runs well on my computer. File Cleaner does not. After initial install, the program ran automatically. I allowed it to do its cleaning. Then I ran the cleaner again and it found more junk than the first run. So I let it clean again. I restarted my computer and tried running File Cleaner again, but the program wouldn't start. Even after running its self repair and restarting my computer, the program failed to start. Uninstalling and reinstalling also did not fix the problem. My advice is to stay away from this program, or use it on a backup/test computer that isn't so important to you.
