Installed without problems on a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system.
The installer lists a license agreement with some points, I do not like. I did not find anything about privacy statement or security issues, but:

Remember that this a a one years license. You enter your data over an unsecure transmission - not https...

I wanted to start the program, with is stored under "roaming" - does some unusual things during installation.

Uninstalled via reboot. If you use it, you should beware of all the risks.
Just a quick thank you for your regular input on this site, and the quality of your comments. I have only been visiting this site for a few months, and as a result, have bought several software packages I have found really useful to me on the special offers that are often given to GOTD users.
Many people do not read the conditions properly when installing software, (or any other conditions such as opening an online bank account for that matter), though GOTD users seem more savvy than most, so the comments and observations you make, together with a few other contributors who regularly post here, are of considerable help myself and I suspect to many others.

Nehmt doch euren Facebook Account, postet alle Zugangsdaten und setzt die Berechtigung auf "öffentlich".
Kommt doch auf das Gleiche raus, ist einfacher und kostet nichts !

Kein Wunder, dass diese "Firma" ihre Kreationen nicht verkaufen kann. Da ist ja der Download schon lebensgefährlich. Jahreslizenz, 49$, das beste Cloud Management Tool - selten so gelacht. Nicht geschenkt möchte ich mich damit auch nur im Ansatz befassen müssen. Nein Danke!

Man muss schon ordentlich naiv sein, wenn man dies seinen Daten/Konten antut. Zum Glück haben das auch 90% sofort erkannt aber (leider): ein paar Doofies gibt es immer. Darauf spekulieren natürlich die Vertreiber. Schon die Tatsache, dass die SW nur Englisch oder Russisch spricht, sollte zu denken geben. Bei welcher Grossmacht die Daten letztendlich dann wirklich landen wird sich schon herausstellen...

Von der Nutzung dieses Tools ist aus Sicherheitsgründen ABSOLUT abzuraten.
Auf der Webseite des Herstellers ist weder ein Ansprechpartner noch eine Adresse oder ein Hinweis über die Herkunft der Software zu finden. Einem solchen Hersteller sollte man nicht seine kompletten Zugangsdaten anvertrauen. Wer z.B. seine GoogleDrive Zugangsdaten hier eingibt hat zugleich auch eine pauschale Zugangsberechtigung zum Email Postfach abgegeben.
Recherchiert man zu der Domain erhält man eine Herkunft aus den USA.
Wer könnte denn hier einen Vollzugriff auf unsere anbieten?

grundsätzlich ein brauchbares programm, aber mit einer einjahreslizenz zum vergessen....
fraglich ist auch, ob man derartigen programmen vertrauen kann (oder soll), immerhin beinhaltet der gebrauch ja persönliche daten....
auf der homepage des anbieters findet sich nicht mal im impressum eine info über diese "firma".
leider daumen runter....

Müsste besser "clouhackit" heissen. Würde ich nie meine Zugangsdaten anvertrauen bzw. in einem Tool bündeln. Diese SW gehackt und alle Deine Konten sind "öffentlich" (wer weiss, wie vertrauenswürdig die weltbekannte SW-Schmiede ist?) - nein, danke!
