Can this be installed onto a bootable USB so I can wipe the drives of multiple PCs I want to donate?

Just an FYI until you, hopefully, get an answer from the vendor.
Like you, I have a few PCs that I'd like to donate. I cannot comprehend how this can be installed on the actual hard drive you want to wipe. (Will it work? Won't it wipe itself? Vendor can you please explain?)
Therefore, I tried installing it to 2 different USBs and the installer said something like 'drive not excessable, choose another'. (For the record, both drives have plenty of space, are excessable as I ran other programs from them and there was no issue so not sure why they see them as inexcessable)
I then tried on a portable WD Passport drive and it installed and ran from there without issue.
I hope that helps some in the meantime.
Bruce, if not you could always try https://sourceforge.net/projects/dban/files/latest/download. It is Darik's Boot and Nuke. It should work for what you want to do.
The free version of proven CCleaner does all this and more; so unless faster, or able to boot from a portable USB stick, not seeing any reason to install this. But, thanks.
