Thanks for your comments. There are only two buttons during the conversion: minimize and close. Our Guys are in the process of fixing the problem and will allow the users to change the size of the program window.

The build has been updated - now activation should work properly. If you receive "The key can not be decrypted" error message during activation, you will need to re-download the package.
ps: the Developer is now handling the program's failure to change the program windows during the conversion. Thus other update of the package is likely to take place during giveaway period.

The package has been updated again with little bug fixed by the Developer. Activation file is still the same, Setup.exe has been replaced only.
NB: if you are Vista OS user try to run Activate.exe in the name of administrator on the PC and restart the software. The program should become registered.

Wurde der Fehler schon bereinigt?!?! Möchte mir nicht mein System ruinieren und alle gespeicherten Daten aus dem Intimleben von Zacki und Bolerios verlieren. Habe diese Infos mühsam zusammentragen müssen.

Von wegen kostenlos. Bekomme die Software trotz mehrfachem Activate.exe-Aufruf nicht zum Laufen. Großer Finger nach unten.

Oh du fröhliche, Oh du selige Konverterzeit...
Anregung an alle Programmierer, warum programmiert denn niemand mal die eierlegende Wollmilchsau der Konverter, nämlich ein Programm, dass alles konvertiert, oder mal nen GAOTD-Konverter, der die hier angebotene
Umsonstsoftware in etwas "Brauchbares" konvertiert...
Gott sei Dank ist Weihnachtszeit, da gibt es wieder bei CHIP den Download-Adventskalender...wenigstens ein Lichtblick.

Had the same problem and I solved it in the followiing way:
after installing the program DON'T open the SWF converter, run activate.exe TWICE, then it works. After running activate.exe the first time I got an error message "unsupported reg file format", so I ran the active.exe directly after this again and got no error message. Then I opened the program an it showed me "Special version to Giveawayoftheday"! Hope I could help you, Zacki!

I have started the activate.exe. It tells me that it is activated, but when I start Aunsoft SWF Converter the program wants to have a serial number.
