Helen, I am getting the one-day license duration and I do not have previous version installed. I do OWN Aomei partition assistant. Please resolve this problem.
Have used AOMEI Backupper in the past, biggest issue was that there was no option to verify that the backup taken was reliable before needing it. Ran into a situation requiring a reinstall of the OS, and when I went to use my latest backup, the backup was corrupt. Needed to go to a backup that was 3 versions old, and lost months worth of data (was taking one backup per month at that time.)
Is this something that has changed, such that after taking the backup, it can verify that the backup is reliable?
I just followed the instructions at #5 but I still get the same expire in1 day message.
I uninstalled, said no to keeping reg info, rebooted and re-installed, entered key again, same message 'expire in 1 day'.

Your hint did not help me. Already this morning I received the message that AOMEI BACKUPPER accepted the registration but the runtime was shortened to only 1 day. Tonight I deleted the program from both the download folder and the installation folder. Although several uninstallers reported that the program was removed, it was still there in the installation folder. This caused a restart 3 times. In the properties you have to check the box for full access, reading and writing etc. as an administrator. After everything was removed, posting again on FACEBOOK and downloading with installation did not lead to the registration policy being accepted. But now I had secured the previous license from the AOMEI BACKUPPER PRO in a folder. Of course with a shorter term to the current offer. But this was then accepted without any problems. If you don't remember your previous license, you could try to find it out with the various KEY_FINDERN tools.

Bei mir ebenfalls. Lizenz läuft in einem Tag ab. Komisch. Dabei kam doch die meldung, die Registrierung war erfolgreich.

Habe komplett deinstalliert, dann wieder neu installiert. Jetzt erscheint Registrierung fehlgeschlagen, ungültiger Registrierungscode.

Leider - auch nach Deinstallation und Löschen alter Lizensdaten und PC-Neustart - weiterhin nur Lizens für 1 Tag!
Info: Installiert ist noch Aomei-Partition Assistant Pro.
Bitte korrigieren, sonst ist Installation Zeitverschwendung
