Thank you for your feedback, I would like to clarify your points:
1. You do not need to work with IE, no IE opens for you. All we mean is that the internal preview control of AllWebMenus is based on the Windows embedded IE control, so if you just have IE installed (which by default exists in Windows) and sitting in your PC (even if you never use it) you will preview the menus. That's it, nothing else. You will not open IE or do any work with it. Neither do we install any IE for you, we just use the IE engine (not the browser itself) that you already have installed in your PC.
2. By purchasing AllWebMenus Pro you get 165 FREE menu Themes within the installation, 1 free ThemePack with 49 more themes, 24 free menu examples within the installation, many more free examples online, free Dreamweaver Add-in, Expression Web Add-in, Joomla, Worpress, Drupal Add-ins and more.
Yes, there are additional paid Themes and Templates if you do not like to use any of the above variety of themes/templates and the only add-ins which are extra to the $65 price are the "Sliding Menu Add-in" and the "Advanced Floating Menu Add-in" which are more special cases and purchased only by the users who need them (lowering the price for the other users).

I've been designing websites since 1998. I've never heard of this company before. I'm curious at what build this package is. I've seen this recently on several other sites (Snapfile, Softpedia, and Zdnet). The prices are not the same on every site.
I do not use IE but in the description on Zdnet it says that IE is a system requirement for the preview function. Because of this, I'm not going to download it. I'm not going to be forced to use a particular browser to make the software work.
Going to the company's website, I saw that there is a main piece of software but it looks like it is a stripped down piece of software with limited usage. To make menus, you have to purchase separate menu add-ins, templates, and themes. This is a negative for me. For the price that they want, this should be a full piece of software with all of the add-ins, templates, and themes included.

Genau, ich bin auch dabei; die Bewertungen waren bei Heise und Fileforum.Betanews sehr sehr gut, und das hat mich neugierig gemacht.
... und wenn es nur zum "Aufpuscheln" meiner mit Kompozer/NVU/BlueGriffon erstellten Homepage nützlich ist ...
Beim Googeln festgestellt, daß es auf der Likno-Page auch einen Hinweis auf den Download u.a. einer deutschen Version gibt, die führt aber nur zum Download einer kurzen online-download-exe, die nur in C:\ installieren will :-( Sowas brauch' ich nicht.
Außerdem gibt es bei youtube zwei Anleitung-Videos (englisch).
Na, dann, frohes Schaffen ..

Aktivation ist echt umständlich und dann nur eine PC-Lizenz mit iD.Also nichtmal auf anderen Pcs installierbar.Leider nicht Multilingual.Programm macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck.

Do not worry about the "Installation ID" process, our licensed users (which are also the "giveawayoftheday" users) can always login to their Likno User Area account and get a new Activation Code for their new Installation ID (when they format their PC for example).
So, this is not really a problem.

Sorry, aber Software mit InstallationID die nur auf genau einem PC läuft und ich nicht mal später auf einem anderen PC installieren kann brauch ich nicht! Und würde ich also auch nie kaufen. Bin allergisch auf obermühsame Lizenzverfahren!
Funktionert die Software nach einem HDD-Tausch oder ändern der Netzwerkkarte usw noch!?

Ich bin richtig froh das zu haben. Danke sehr !
Ausführlich testen will ich, in wieweit es möglich ist,
für mobile Geräte (handy ,iphone, ipad und tablet-computer)
Menü-Oberflächen zu bauen,
die auf den Geräten leicht zu bedienen sind.
Das Basteln & Probieren wird etwas dauern.
