Well, i try it... but recording screen was too much "laggy"
Cursor was jumping from spot to spot, instead of moving normal.
Maybe i had to do some settings adjustments to move smoothly.
Also playing a video during recording had the same problem...too much laggy movement.
Not good.

SergioGR,

FWIW...
Video at ~30 frames per second [fps] is more-or-less the average to aim for to get smooth video -- something like a tutorial might be OK at 15 fps, while a gamer recording their play might go for 60 [or more] fps. To accomplish that the the hardware must be powerful enough & the software, including the codec used, must be efficient enough to compress the steady stream of screen shots so that the data stream is small enough to be written to storage in real time [as it happens]. How powerful the CPU is, or if you use the GPU [or capture hardware], and if the CPU &/or GPU is too busy doing other stuff -- all that matters. The bigger the video frame you're capturing, the more processing needs to be done to compress the video stream, so that matters. More efficient software uses less CPU/GPU processing, while some video compression formats require much more processing than others, e.g. mpg2 takes much less than AVC. And ultimately the video stream has to be written to storage, so a faster drive helps, and it also helps if that drive isn't busy doing stuff like helping to run Windows -- capturing to a 2nd drive, without Windows or running software helps.

In Vista MediaCenter still existed, but in Windows 7 it was possible to install Media Center or not. So, why does that program speak that one can record from Media Center if it has not existed for years. And, Windows 7 will no longer receive support on January 14.

Michael Moore,

Yes, win7 came with Media Center, & you could have it running in win8, but not win10 [though it was possible with a mod for the 1st few versions]. And millions [if not billions] of people used Media Center, with some having libraries they've created over years that they're not willing to give up. Come February 2020, there will still be hundreds of millions of people using win7, regardless whether Microsoft supports it or not.
