EXCELLENT SOFTWARE BUT DO NOT UPGRADE OR BUY MOVIE PACKS! Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder Standard was previously offered on GOTD. I liked it so much that I upgraded to the Deluxe version and ordered all 3 'movie packs' offering additonal themes. I gained no advantage to buying the Deluxe Upgrade. Also, Wondershare has yet to deliver the download links for the movie packs...and I had to file a dispute with PayPal trying to recover my money. Stick with this free version and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY UPGRADING TO DELUXE OR BUYING THE MOVIE PACKS. Again, I will say that DVD Slideshow Builder is a wonderful program that offers many features and produces exceptional slideshows. I would have been as happy as a lark if I had stayed with the free GOTD standard version.
Installation and Registration
1. Unzip the package you've downloaded and install the software;
2. Run the software you installed;
3. Click "Get Keycode" button, enter your e-mail address on the popup page to get keycode;
(Note: After enter your e-mail address, you can directly get the keycode on the webpage, and you can also find it in your mailbox.)
4. Type your e-mail address and the keycode to register the software;
5. Then you can use all the functions of the software now.
Please follow above steps to register the program. You are recommended to run the program under administrator account.

Comment #8 is exactly right. I upgraded, to nothing better than what they gave me. When I complained to Wondershare and asked for my money back, I was told by Wondershare "... sure you will understand." At age 75, living on SS and a disappeared retirement, $ really count. At least I was not the only one mislead. Thank you Wondershare for the good you have done, but please do not lose the positive image by misleading.
I also have the previous version offered before. Their website indicates a few improvements for this version, but i have not tried it yet.

I downloaded an old previous version of this program from GOTD a long time ago. Ended up buying the full version at that time. Been very happy and received updates and excellent support from Wondershare. IMHO far better than Windows Movie Maker.

Wie kommst du auf die absurde Idee das englischsprachige Programme nicht für Deutsche geeignet sind? Wir sind doch keine Hinterwäldler, oder gehst du da von dir aus. Das würde auch erklären warum du Sparsamkeit mit Armut verwechselst. Ach Milliardäre haben klein angefangen waren sparsam und bleiben es in der Regel auch!
Alternative Programme gibt es sicher, nur gibts die auch nicht immer kostenlos, wenn sie wirklich besser und umfassender sind.
Deshalb sollte jeder vernüftige Mensch Dankbar für die Angebote von GOTD sein, selbst wenn er eins mal nicht braucht!

Nun,du kannst keine deutsche Sprache einstellen.Dies ist eine amerikanische Werbeplattform und eigentlich für uns nicht geeignet.Warum sollte man sich englische tools installieren,wenn es genügend Alternativen in unserer Sprache gibt?Nur weil es hier etwas einen Tag lang kostenlos gibt?Wie arm muss man da doch sein!Vielen Dank auch für immer wieder gleiche Ideen!

Aja, der Unterschied zwischen Version 6.01 und 6.04 sind die Themen.
Die sind heute mehr auf "American Christmas" getrimmt.
Schade das ich drüberinstalliert habe, ohne die vorherigen Themen zu kopiern. ;-)

Wow!Wieder ein atemberaubendes Tool.Es dürfte bereits schon das siebte tool dieser Art sein.Auch nur die Standard-Version, dafür heute mal multilingual.Na ja, glücklicherweise brennt man weder täglich noch wöchentlich Filme auf DVD.Danke GAOTD!
