New features of StarBurn v.11
- Der Data Burning Wizard ist komplett neu entworfen worden. Nun basiert die Oberfläche auf einem aus zwei Panel bestehenden Drag’n Drop fähigen Fenster anstatt, wie bisher, nur auf einer einfachen Dateiliste.
- Alle Wizards wurden weiter vereinfacht. Die Anwendung läuft in zwei Modi: Umfassend (alle Wizard-Seiten können genutzt werden, und alle Optionen sind wählbar) und Einfach (Die meisten der Wizard-Seiten bleiben verborgen und nur grundlegende Standard-Optionen können ausgewählt werden). Die Anzahl Schritte, welche nötig ist um irgendeine Aktion durchzuführen, wurde um die Hälfte reduziert.
- UDF Mastering kann jetzt auch im Multi-Session Modus gefahren werden (fügt bereits erstellte UDF Disks hinzu)

- Jede MMC (Multi-Media Command Set) kompatible CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD Brennerhardware wird unterstützt;

- “Bridge” Datei System (ISO9660/UDF für DVD-Video Erstellung) Verwaltung. StarBurn erstellt ein “bridge” Datei System das DVD-Video kompatibel ist;
- Sitzungs-Import (erweitert bereits erstellte CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD Medien);
- DVD-Video Hauptsequenz (Film) extrahieren. StarBurn kann die DVD überarbeiten und nur den Film extrahieren;
- Audio Inhalt verarbeiten. StarBurn kann Audio Spuren als WAV (nicht kompromiert) und WMA (komprimiert mit Windows Media Audio) Datien speichern;
- “Track-At-Once” (TAO) und “Disc-At-Once” (DAO) (RAW) Aufnahme Modi;
- DVD-Video Bearbeitungs Code (Möglichkeit einen eigenen Film aus VOB Dateien zu erstellen);
- El Torito (bootfähige CD/DVD/Blu-Ray/HD-DVD). Mit diesem Werkzeug kann man problemlos benutzerdefinierte optische Wiederherstellungsmedien erstellen;
- DVD9 → 2 DVD-R(+R) Konvertierung. In diesem Modus erstellt StarBurn das Backup einer zweischichtigen DVD9 DVD-Video disc auf zwei einschichtige DVD Rohlinge.
